Schedule:

• 4:00 pm: Arrive at GPC (carpooling available)
• 4:15 pm: Depart from GPC
• 5:00 pm: Arrive at Bellefield Presbyterian Church (P.R.I.S.M.) and move food to kitchen
• 5:15 pm: Heat up food, prepare salads, cut up desserts
• 6:00 pm: Dinner is served and eat with our international guests
• 7:00 pm: Discussion time (guests practice their English)
• 7:30 pm: Kitchen clean-up and pack up cars
• 7:45 pm: Depart from Bellefield Presbyterian Church (P.R.I.S.M.)
• 8:30 pm: Arrive at GPC
