We are excited to announce some new opportunities aimed at fostering fellowship and spiritual growth for the young adults in our congregation.
-
First, the Downtown Lunch Bunch is a group of folks who meet on the last Tuesday of each month to eat lunch together.
Hey, you have to eat lunch anyway and are going to have a hard time getting out of downtown if you work there -- so, why don't you get
away from your workplace for an hour and join us? Even if you don't work downtown, you are still welcome.
-
Second, we recently began a Young Adult Sunday School class. This class meets every Sunday from 9:45 to 10:45 in the
"Upper Room" (the class room right next to the youth room). This class will provide young adults a chance to
fellowship with one another and discuss the intersections between faith and life as a young adult. This is also a great
opportunity for you to get to know those other young adults you see sitting next you in the pew on Sunday morning. We hope
that you will join us if you aren't attending any of the other Sunday School classes!
-
Third, back in December, we introduced The Firsts and Thirds. This refers to the first and
third Friday of every month.
-
On the first Fridays, join us for a Fellowship Brew Ha-Ha. We will be meeting at
Church Brew Works for fellowship and to celebrate the week's end over a beer (and dinner if you would like).
-
On the third Fridays, join us for a
Random Night of Fun. Each month, we will be picking a new random activity. Examples include game night, bowling,
and glow-in-the-dark putt putt. There is even talk of having an Iron Chef-type competition for those of you who think you are good cooks!

interested in getting involved and need more details.
