LOGOS News

One of our spiritual growth programs at GPC is called LOGOS. From September through April, it is held each Wednesday afternoon from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in several rooms within the main church building.

LOGOS is a program in which young people and adults practice treating everyone as a child of God. This is accomplished through the four parts of LOGOS: Bible Study, Family Time, Recreation & Play, and Worship Skills.

Each week, the program has a different fun theme and, as part of the Family Time, a dinner. Here are our themes for March and April:

• March 2 -- Sunday, Sundae, Son Day
  Ice cream and Jesus -- what a stellar combo.
• March 9 -- NO LOGOS -- ASH WEDNESDAY
• March 16 -- Italian Children's Mission Night
  Our chance to give to those less fortunate than us.
• March 23 -- Zoobilation
  So many animals to put on the ark -- how did Noah do it?
• March 30 -- God's Garden
  God created this beautiful planet for us, we need to take care of it.
• April 6 -- Set Sail for Summer
  The end of another year of LOGOS -- time certainly flies when you are having fun!
