Scotch Doubles Bowling

GPC's Adult Fellowship Committee invites all adult members, friends, and visitors to participate in our annual scotch doubles bowling outing and awards banquet on Sunday, March 7.

We will meet at Perry Park Lanes (9600 Perry Highway - same building as Coldwell Banker Real Estate and First National Bank) at 2:30 PM to get organized, then we will bowl from 3:00 to 5:00. After bowling, we will return to GPC for pizza, veggies, cookies, and our always humorous awards ceremony at 5:30.

For those of you who are not familiar with scotch doubles bowling, it is pretty simple:

• You play three games.
• In each game, you are paired up with a different partner of the opposite gender.
• In each frame of the game, you and your partner take turns rolling the ball.

The cost this year is $10 per bowler, or $5 per person for those who just want to attend the banquet. We are also asking each person attending the banquet to bring at least 1/2 dozen cookies to share.

Signups will be held after Sunday worship services on February 14, February 21, and February 28. Please be prepared to pay when you sign up. Space is limited, so get your reservations in early.
