The Extended Communion ministry at GPC is responsible for serving communion to our homebound members, as well as to any member who, for health reasons, may be unable to attend regular worship services. This service is extended annually on World Communion Sunday and monthly upon request to the church office.

The serving of extended communion is a simple yet profound ministry. With a small gift of your time, you can become an ambassador of God’s grace and love to some of the wonderful members of our congregation. And you’ll find in the process that they are a blessing to you as well.

Volunteers are needed to be a part of this ministry. All current and former elders and deacons are eligible to serve extended communion. If interested, please contact Laura Davidson.
